The salary will be paid at Grade 4, £27,994 - £31,053 pro rata, inclusive of £3,223 per annum London Allowance.

Information about the role:

As a clinical trials administrative coordinator in the Old Age Psychiatry Department at the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology and Neuroscience you will assist the research managers of the group in successful delivery of studies, providing a comprehensive and efficient administration service for the clinical research programme.

You will play a key role in organising patient study visits, ensuring the documentation and supplies are available, scheduling patient visits and ensuring relevant study team members are available to support those visits. You will also organise and minute team meetings, contribute to data entry, as well as monitoring and responding to the department’s generic research email account.

You will also receive training and support in order to undertake simple telephone assessments for our longitudinal studies.

Contract Type: This post will be offered on a fixed-term contract for 12 months.
Contract Term: This is a part-time post - 60% full time equivalent (21 hours per week)
