Role Specification

British Medical Experts is looking for an expert medical witness who will supply expert Neurologist reports following personal injury to assist with the resolution of civil legal matters in the UK. They will be reporting to Dr Sandeep Senghera BDS, the founder of British Medical Experts. The responsibilities tied to this role are, in understanding of the core business processes of British Medical Experts, to examine (remotely and physically when required) and interview clients under instruction in order to produce court compliant expert reports. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) will be the number of Expert reports supplied per month. The task to be performed by the individual assuming this role is the production of high-quality expert medical reports within agreed service levels.

Time Commitment

Work is ad hoc, estimated at 3-4 hours per month to start building up to 3-4 hours per week, depending on the applicant's capacity. Work is mainly from home. Work during weekends and holidays is at the sole discretion of the candidate.

Compensation/Income

The starting pay rate will be approx £250- £350 per hour (net) depending on experience. Fee income (paid by the instructing party) is shared with the applicant within 30 days of fee collection from the instruction party. Pay will increase based on the standard of their work and time with the company.
