External Event - 13th Apr 2018
On behalf of the Royal College of Psychiatrists and The Gatsby/Wellcome Neuroscience Project, we are delighted to announce our second Neuroscience Spring Conference.
The conference will be held on 13th April 2018 at Downing College, Cambridge.
Rapid progress is being made in basic and clinical neuroscience and the impact of this is increasingly being felt in psychiatry. The aim of this meeting is to create a forum for scientists and clinicians to discuss the role of neuroscience in contemporary psychiatry. There will be an emphasis on the range of approaches through which scientific discovery is increasing understanding of brain function, and how this can influence the training of psychiatrists, leading ultimately to improved patient care.
Places at the conference are free to attend, and are allocated on a first come first served basis.
Trainees/Pathfinders/Early Career Scientists
We are pleased to offer complimentary overnight accommodation on Thursday 12 April, for a limited number of trainees, Pathfinders and Early Career Scientists who are attending the conference. Once you have registered for the conference, we will contact you with further details. Enquiries to Catherine Ayres
