Winter Conference on Brain Research - Whistler, Canada

Winter Conference on Brain Research (WCBR) offers an unique environment in which neuroscientists from many different disciplines interact in a comfortable, relaxed environment. The traditional scientific panels are scheduled from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m., 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. and 7:00 to 8:30 p.m; this schedule allows ample time for informal discussions while riding the chair lift or engaging in other outdoor activities. In addition, there will be several mid-morning or early afternoon sessions and networking opportunities for non-skiers.

WCBR will also continue the tradition of offering two short-courses on topics of interest to general audiences and non-experts. One short-course will focus on research techniques, and the second on clinical concerns. Both short courses are intended to assist attendees in adopting new techniques or translating clinical updates into practice.
