How should articles submitted to journals be peer reviewed? Is Journal Impact Factor still influencing where you publish?
The British Neuroscience Association (BNA) is today launching a survey to consult the neuroscience community on these two vital issues, on behalf of its journal, Brain and Neuroscience Advances.
As a peer-reviewed, open access journal, Brain and Neuroscience Advances, is committed to continuing to meet the needs of the neuroscience community and your answers in this survey will help inform the journal's editorial team on considering: the use of Impact Factor, and the process of peer review.
As a society-owned journal, it's essential that your voice helps shape the future of the BNA Journal.
Brain and Neuroscience Advances is a peer-reviewed, open access journal, which publishes high quality translational and clinical articles from all neuroscience disciplines; including molecular, cellular, systems, behavioural and cognitive investigations.
The journal welcomes submissions in basic, translational and/or clinical neuroscience. Research papers should present novel, empirical results that are expected to be of interest to a broad spectrum of neuroscientists working in the laboratory, field or clinic.
