The world’s most detailed brain wiring scan

The scientists of Cardiff University’s Brain Research Imaging Centre (CUBRIC) have produced the most detailed scan of human brain internal wiring. The scan shows direction of messaging between neurons as well as the axonal density and could serve as a tool to better understand disorders like multiple sclerosis and schizophrenia.
